Meet Swayze
With 18 years of retail and mortgage banking experience, Swayze joined RB Wealth in 2023 as a Client Relationship Manager. She is a native of Jackson, MS and moved to the Charlotte Metro in 2021 with her husband, and two daughters. She began her banking career as a teller and worked her way up as a loan assistant, branch manager, consumer and commercial lender as well as a mortgage loan officer. Swayze has a passion for building customer relationships and strives to exceed client expectations in handling the day-to-day operations of RB Wealth. In her free time, Swayze enjoys reading, drinking coffee and spending time with her family.
